For Suzanna Lynch, real estate is more than just a profession — it is a way of life. She bought her first home at 22 years old, and since then, she has owned over 40 properties. As a general contractor with a special fondness for fixing up historic homes, Suzanna enjoys creating beautiful spaces and finding the perfect buyers.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Suzanna earned a degree in computer science before starting her career in the technology sector. She worked as a software engineer and designer for Cincinnati Bell and AT&T before moving into project management, and all of these skills greatly benefit her as a real estate agent.
Suzanna is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio, and she specializes in selling her own investment properties. Each property is repaired from top to bottom, and all electric, plumbing, and mechanical systems are brought up to code. Old trim, hardwood floors, and other historic details are saved, and everything else — cabinets, tile, appliances — are brand new. This is where project management skills come in handy! The city signs off on every property after numerous inspections, and Suzanna also takes advantage of tax incentives that are passed on to buyers. Suzanna’s properties have been featured in local magazines as well as the Olde Towne East Summer Tour of Historic Homes. As a sales agent, she values the relationships she creates with buyers, sellers, and other investors.
When she’s not working on her latest renovation project, Suzanna enjoys tennis, golf, and baseball, and she’s a fan of the Cincinnati Reds. She is active in the local community and donates to several area charities.
